ELIZABETH A. ORSI received a Honors Bachelor of Criminology and Sociology Degree from the University of Windsor in 2014, her Masters of Arts in Sociology in 2015, and her Juris Doctor Degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School and University of Windsor Law School in 2018 in the Canadian American Dual J.D. program.
Ms. Orsi came to Michigan in 2021 after practicing as a licensed attorney in Ontario. From 2019, she worked as an attorney at a large-scale law firm with offices in Windsor, Ontario and Amherstburg, Ontario, practicing real estate, wills, estates, and business law. Ms. Orsi is licensed to practice as an attorney in Michigan, as well as Ontario, Canada.
Ms. Orsi practices in the areas of business, real estate, and estate planning with prior experience in criminal defense.
During her legal studies, Ms. Orsi participated as a caseworker through Community Legal Aid in Windsor, Ontario, and aided low-income communities in providing access to wills and estate planning through the Pro Bono Students of Canada Chapter at Windsor Law as their Wills Program Coordinator.
Ms. Orsi is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Oakland County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Michigan State Courts and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Ms. Orsi is also a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
