
Peter L Arvant Troy, Michigan
Peter was born and raised in Detroit, attending high school at the University of Detroit Jesuit High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1990. He received his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University School of Law (formerly Detroit College of Law) in 1994. Peter devotes his practice to complex commercial litigation with particular emphasis on contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, insurance coverage questions, probate litigation, health care law and audits, and manufacturer/sales representative matters. In addition to extensive experience in state and federal trial courts, Peter has argued cases in the Michigan Supreme Court, Michigan Court of Appeals, and the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati. He has also represented clients in litigation throughout the country, including Nevada, Texas, Florida, New York, New Jersey, California, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Arizona. Peter regularly gives seminars to business owners and entrepreneurs concerning business formation, risk analysis, and asset protection. Peter lives in Beverly Hills with his wife, Cindy, and their two children. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Troy Chamber of Commerce, is a member and past-President of the Hellenic (Greek) Bar Association, and a member of the Village of Beverly Hills Memorial Day Parade organizing committee
